Javed Gunny contacted DCP Web Developers to assist in custom building a Real Estate website design solution for his new business venture.
DCP was also commissioned to design a logo and leaflet for Javed Gunny.
DCP custom designed the website using Adobe Photoshop. DCP built the website using our in-house CMS. This gave Javed Gunny’s website admin a super easy-to-use content management system.
The website gives Javed Gunny’s admin the ability to list properties for sale and properties for rent. The website uses a template-based engine to speed up data entry.
Javed Gunny’s website also incorporates a custom-designed search function. This allows website visitors to quickly search properties based on:
Property Location
Property Type
Offer Type (Sale / Rent)
With a simple mouse click, Javed Gunny admin can pick specific properties to list on the home page of the website.
Each property listing contains a custom-built property image gallery, information on the facilities, a full description of the property, cost, road and postcode, property location, google Maps, google street view, EPC, floor plan, customer enquiry form and much more.
The business website is built using up-to-date web technologies: PHP7, MySQL5, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 4.
DCP also installed an SSL certificate to ensure all data is fully encrypted.
